Boat Rental Terms: Meeting Point & Rental Time

Please meet us at the port of Nea Fokea, Kassandra at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, or 10:30, depending on your booking.

Upon arrival, we will complete the rental contract, followed by a boat handover and safety instructions.

Your rental period runs from 10:00 until 17:30 (or later), depending on the time the boat is handed over. From that moment on, the boat is exclusively yours to enjoy.

The maximum number of passengers depends on the boat type and is limited to 5, 6, or 7 persons, including children.

Terms & Conditions

Price Details :

Prices range from €140, €170, or €219, depending on the boat you rent.
Fuel is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately.
A refundable cash security deposit of €150 or €200, depending on the boat, is required to cover potential damages. The deposit will be returned at the end of the rental, provided no damage has occurred.

Itinerary & Area of Use :

Our boats are based in Kassandra.
Sailing to Sithonia is not permitted.
You are required to return to the port at 17:30, 18:00, or 18:30, depending on your morning departure time. The exact return time will be confirmed before departure.
Please note that late return (overtime) will result in additional charges.

Important Notes :

A valid ID card or passport is required before departure.
Fuel consumption is calculated via GPS tracking and charged according to the boat type
(approximately 1.0 liters per nautical mile).
Punctuality is essential. In case of late arrival, your rental time and price remain unchanged.
Boat reservations are confirmed only after payment of the required deposit or full amount.
The minimum age to rent a boat is 24 years, in accordance with insurance regulations.

Cancellation & Weather Policy

Cancellations by the customer are accepted up to 36 hours before the scheduled trip.
After this period, the trip will proceed in normal weather conditions, including sunshine, cloud and in case of strong winds above Beaufort 4.

Your safety is our top priority. We will cancel the trip and issue a full refund if the water police or port authorities issue official warnings for:

thunderstorms
strong winds (above Beaufort 4)
heavy rain

In the event of a sudden change in weather conditions during the trip, we reserve the right to shorten or terminate the trip early for safety reasons. In such cases, no further compensation can be claimed.

The rental starts in Nea Fokea in the morning

Please follow the steps below carefully. You will receive an instructional video from us in advance. We will meet you at the harbor of Nea Fokea at 09:00, 09:30, 10:00, or 10:30, where the check-in will take place. We will explain the handling of the boat and what it means to be the captain. You will receive the latest weather forecast and recommendations for the most exciting places to visit. It is your responsibility to follow all maritime and shipping regulations at all times.

Each boat is equipped with a map, a Bluetooth music speaker, a cooler, and all necessary safety and boat equipment including an anchor, life jackets, and ropes. The boat is handed over fully fueled. Fuel consumption is not included in the rental price and will be charged separately upon return.
